1.                     Name Analysis is intended to be a general guide and cannot substitute for full professional advice. I therefore do not accept any liability or responsibility either directly or indirectly for losses of any kind caused by any person, or persons acting or refraining from taking action as a result of information contained in a Name Analysis.

2.                   Opening the written details and / or playing the CD implies acceptance of all terms and conditions.

3.                   Despatch is subject to change without prior notification.

4.                  All credit / debit card payments are processed on the date of receipt of order.

5.                 No liability is accepted for mis-spelt names, incorrect ages, dates of birth or addresses.

6.                   Name Analysis is a professional service, not a product and as preparation and study are necessary prior to an Analysis being recorded refunds are limited to 50% of the purchase cost.

7.                   All complaints must be made in writing to the address given in the Analysis within 7 days of receipt. The authors decision regarding any complaint is deemed to be final and legally binding.

8.                  Payment for all services must be made in advance.

9.                 All prices are subject to change without prior notice.

10.              Terms and Conditions are made under English law.
